By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. About the App

AI Cleaner is designed to help users manage and optimize device storage by:

  • Removing duplicate or similar photos and videos
  • Identifying large or unnecessary files
  • Managing contacts and calendar events
  • Providing smart cleaning recommendations

The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least the legal age in your country to use this App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. User Responsibilities

By using the App, you agree:

  • Not to use the App for illegal or unauthorized purposes
  • Not to interfere with or disrupt the App’s functionality
  • Not to reverse engineer, copy, or modify the App
  • Not to misuse or abuse any feature of the App

You are solely responsible for your actions while using the App.

5. Data & Permissions

The App may request access to:

  • Photos, videos, and media files
  • Contacts and calendar

This access is used only to provide cleaning and optimization features.
We do not access or process your data beyond what is necessary for App functionality.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

Some features may require a paid subscription.

  • Subscriptions may be weekly, monthly, or yearly
  • Payments are processed via Apple App Store or Google Play Store
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal

Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.

7. Refund Policy

All refunds are handled by:

  • Apple (for iOS users)
  • Google (for Android users)

We do not directly process refunds.

8. App Availability

We strive to keep the App running smoothly. However, we do not guarantee:

  • Continuous availability
  • Error-free performance

We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and functionality of the App are owned by 9082301 CANADA INCORPORATED.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute the App
  • Use any part of the App for commercial purposes

10. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is” without warranties.

We are not responsible for:

  • Data loss due to user actions
  • Device issues related to App usage
  • Third-party services or links

Use the App at your own risk.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada.
Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Montreal, Quebec.
